As an associate of Village Green Companies, I understand that any type of electronic media sabotage is against company policy. Sabotage of Electronic Media may range from the simple erasure of an important file to the wholesale destruction of documents and retrieval systems through the introduction of computer viruses. Sabotage also includes sharing user names and passwords issued to you by the Company. User names and passwords are Village Green property and as such associate computer activity is monitored whether on or off company premises and regardless of time of day. For the purpose of this agreement Electronic Media also includes the Internet and Intranet. Associates that fail to comply with the letter and spirit of this Agreement may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
